Spaghetti alla carbonara sea
Ingredients
- 400 grams of pasta - 3 coarsely chopped shallots - smoked salmon – 3 large eggs + 1 yolk - 100 gr. grated Parmesan cheese – pepe nero - sale – extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Saute chopped shallots in a little’ oil, add the salmon into small cubes and fry together. Meanwhile cook the pasta in plenty of water salata.Frullate eggs with cheese, a potent’ a lot of salt and pepper. Without skipping the pasta with salmon and lastly the beaten egg.
