Ingredients

  1. 500 gr. Spinach (also frozen) – 300 gr. Ricotta – 100 gr. gratedgrarmesan cheese - 1 egg – 1 Roll round of puff pastry - salt / pepper.

Preparation

  1. Boil the spinach and drain.
  2. In a bowl mix the spinach, Ricotta, Parmesan (leaving a little aside) and the egg and mix with salt and pepper, to obtain a cream (you like you can skip the spinach with a little butter before mixing with the other ingredients).
  3. Spread the rolled dough in a pan of 24 of diamtetro, fill with the mixture, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese, lower edges of the dough coming out from the edges of the pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
