Risotto with sausage and artichokes Monica

Ingredients

  1. 350 g Carnaroli rice – extra virgin olive oil – garlic, parsley – 4 artichokes – 3 sausage-white wine – broth – panna-

Preparation

  1. Fry in a pan with olive oil, garlic and parsley and artichokes cleaned and sliced.
  2. Add the sausage into small pieces and the white wine, do fade.
  3. Jump up and put all the rice.
  4. Add the broth and cook until completely absorbed.
  5. When cooked add the cream.
