Mozzarella baked
Ingredients
- 16 slices of bread – 3 eggs – 1 mozzarella cheese or mozzarella cheese - grated parmesan cheese – half a glass of milk - flour - salt, pepe
Preparation
- Flour the pan carre’ and pass it into the beaten egg with Parmesan, sale, pepper and milk.
- Revisit and revise it in flour.
- Butter a baking dish and arrange the slices of bread filled with mozzarella.
- Place in oven 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
