Roulade of sole with curry
Ingredients
- 500 g sole fillets – 50 g in the burro – farina q.b. – 1 glass of milk – 2 tablespoons of curry – sale – pepe
Preparation
- Clean the threads, roll them on themselves and stop it with a toothpick.
- Pass them in flour and brown in a pan with hot butter.
- Season with salt and pepper, watered with milk and let thicken on the fire 5 I.
- Finally, Sprinkle with the curry and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring gently rolls.
